Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honors at Anderson College, previously achieving a Bachelor of Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University, demonstrating her multifaceted understanding of human experiences and behaviors.

Carly offers a wide variety of techniques including: postural assessment, general Swedish massage, remedial exercise, trigger point therapy, active release techniques, joint mobilizations, muscle lengthening techniques, fascial techniques, and deep tissue massage.
